Heather Ellison

Heather Ellison is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Training Lead/Training General Manager at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants since December 2015. Previous roles include HR Specialist at Leprino Foods and Training Manager/Area Trainer at Applebee's, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Heather also managed operations at The Seasons Country Inn and served as a figure skating coach at the Big Rapids Figure Skating Club.
