Andrew Rabalais

Andrew Rabalais is an experienced M&A attorney currently with Teamshares since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading small business acquisitions and managing legal aspects of M&A transactions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Louisiana Corporate Consultants, L.L.C., handling mergers, acquisitions, and acting as corporate counsel for a private equity group. Throughout previous roles at Perret Doise L.L.C. and as a law clerk at Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea LLC and the Middle District of Louisiana, Andrew honed skills in client consultation, legal research, negotiation, and document preparation. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law degree from LSU Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.
