TeamSnap is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager for the Consumer Business to join our team and drive the execution of our consumer product vision. The ideal candidate will have a relentless bias for action, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of accountability. They will be passionate about building excellent products that meet the needs of our users while driving business growth. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of our mobile and web applications.

What You'll Do: Execute the vision for our consumer product, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Drive product development from concept to launch, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences. Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Understand monetization strategies for web and mobile applications, including subscriptions, entitlements, and other revenue models. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver product milestones on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, key metrics, and strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, promoting best practices and driving positive change.

What Will Set You Up for Success: Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in consumer-facing products. Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, with a focus on user experience Experience with monetization strategies for digital products, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and advertising. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business impact and delivering measurable results.

Compensation We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $128,297 inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
