Aundrea (Andi) Good has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Aundrea (Andi) is currently working at TeamSnap as the Sr. Director of Business Operations & PMO since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) from July 2016 to July 2021 as the Director of Program Management. In this role, they collaborated with product development and product management VPs to define roadmaps for educational curriculum products. Before that, they worked at Pearson Education, starting as a Technical Project Manager from February 2008 to July 2011, and later as a Program Manager from July 2011 to July 2016. Aundrea (Andi)'sresponsibilities included executing multimillion-dollar K-12 courseware development projects and optimizing resource allocation and stakeholder engagement. Aundrea (Andi) began their career at New Homes Market Center, where they served as the Co-Owner and Head of Operations from June 2005 to January 2008. In this role, they helped drive the startup residential real estate firm to profitability and oversaw product development, corporate compliance, staff training, and IT operations.

Andi Good holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from California State University San Marcos. Prior to that, Andi earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree cum laude in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
