Alan DeRocher

Alan DeRocher has significant experience in the field of IVR/ACD systems engineering. Alan began their career with Aspect Communications in 1998, where they served as a Senior ACD Engineer until 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they worked for CompuCredit as an IVR/ACD Systems Engineer, focusing on developing and implementing call routing solutions. DeRocher then joined NetSpend Corporation in 2010 as a Senior IVR Engineer, where they played a key role in programming call routing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Since 2012, they have been employed by Special Order Systems, Inc., serving as a Sr. IVR/ACD Development Engineer. In this role, they have developed complete IVR/ACD systems for clients, specializing in call routing and utilizing the Interactive Intelligence platform.
