Juanita Ellis Chief Operations Officer Juanita Ellis is the COO and brings nearly 3 decades of experience and has been with TEAMSOS for 17 years. She is an integral part of ensuring that the Sales, Service and Administrative departments operate efficiently through the development of successful business processes. This allows TEAMSOS to focus on customer service. Juanita also oversees Finance and Accounting at TEAMSOS. While Juanita may not interact with clients daily, Juanita considers the clients the lifeline of the business and strives to change the status quo in a manner that cultivates employee success and customer success and satisfaction. When she’s not reeling in big ideas for the company, she usually spends time reeling in largemouth bass on the local lake! Juanita also enjoys spending time with her wife, children, and grandchildren.
