Russell Mabley

Russell Mabley has over 25 years of experience in the go karting industry. Russell began their career in 1995 as an Assistant Manager at The Raceway Cardiff, where they worked until 1997. Russell then became the General Manager at The Raceway Cardiff until 1999 before moving on to become the General Manager at The Raceway Birmingham from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they were promoted to Operations Manager at The Raceway, a position they held until 2010.

In 2010, Mabley moved to Grand Pier Ltd as the Head of Department for Karting, where they worked until 2011. Russell then joined TeamSport Indoor Go Karting as a Regional Operations Manager from 2011 to 2015. Russell was subsequently promoted to the role of Regional Operations Director in 2015 and continues to work there.

Russell Mabley attended Edge Hill University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography.
