Antonio Miguel Javiniar

Antonio Miguel Javiniar is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Sr. Marketing Manager for North America at Teamtailor since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Marketing Manager for the US. Prior to Teamtailor, Javiniar was the Head of Marketing at WebJoint, where marketing campaigns contributed to the company's status as California's leading cannabis delivery software, utilized by a significant portion of licensed cannabis deliveries in the state. Earlier career experience includes serving as National Social Media Manager at The Black Sheep, where oversight of social media interns led to over 10 million impressions across multiple accounts, as well as impactful audience growth strategies at UCLA. Javiniar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Asian American Studies from UCLA.
