Gabrielle Backman

Gabrielle Backman serves as the Head of Partnerships at Teamtailor since June 2024, following a role as VP of Growth at Vibrant.io from January 2023 to June 2024, where leadership encompassed all commercial departments and a focus on a partner-led go-to-market strategy. Prior experience includes Head of Partnerships for the Nordics at Pleo, where Gabrielle led a pan-Nordic team, and prior roles included Manager of Partnerships in Sweden and Partner Account Manager, starting the Swedish partnership community. Additional experience includes roles in project management and travel account management across various companies. With a foundation in communication and media studies from the University of Gothenburg, Gabrielle has received numerous awards for best content campaigns and performance.
