Samantha Blandford

Samantha Blandford currently serves as the Head of Sales for North America at Teamtailor, having joined in July 2024. Prior to this, Samantha held the position of Manager of Business Development - Budget at Euna Solutions (formerly GTY Technology) from September 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of 18 outbound sales development representatives, developing onboarding and training programs, and establishing processes for prospecting and sales motivation. Previous roles include Account Director at PTM OneSource, Director of Strategy and Growth at Abacus.Agency, and various business development positions at Mediaplanet, where Samantha played a key role in scaling teams and driving revenue growth. Samantha holds a Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing from Saint Mary's University, completed in 2013.
