Matthew started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at L3 Technologies, where they checked and reworked drawings, and at Parker Hannifin as a Product Engineer, contributing to the development of a new stanchion system.

Matthew Wyatt attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Following that, they pursued an MBA at Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 2009 to 2012. Matthew Wyatt also holds a certification in the TeamViewer Next Gen Leadership Program from INSEAD, obtained in 2023.
