Philipp Hau

Philipp Hau has a diverse work experience in the field of data protection and privacy. Philipp is currently serving as a Senior Data Protection Lead at TeamViewer since January 2023, after holding the position of Data Protection Lead from August 2020 to December 2022. Prior to their role at TeamViewer, they worked as a Data Privacy Consultant at K11 Consulting GmbH from March 2019 to July 2020. Philipp also gained experience as an Interim Legal Counsel at NORDSEE GmbH from September 2019 to December 2019. Philipp started their career in the field of data privacy at Festo, where they worked in the Data Privacy Department from September 2018 to February 2019. Philipp's journey in the professional world started as a Studentische Hilfskraft at the Zentrum für Verbraucherforschung und nachhaltigen Konsum from August 2017 to May 2018.

Philipp Hau completed their education in the field of Wirtschaftsrecht at Pforzheim University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Rechtswissenschaften at the University of Konstanz from 2009 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Philipp obtained certifications in privacy management from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals and OneTrust in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
