Leah Barlett

Leah Barlett is a dedicated sports management professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Sport Management, and a minor in Business from PennWest California. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at the University of Washington, Leah has accumulated extensive experience in athletic administration and event management. Positions held include a Student-Athlete Leadership Development Intern at the University of Delaware and a Compliance Intern in the Athletic Department at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibility was taken for tracking NIL activities and managing ticketing processes. Additional roles include serving as a Umpire for USA Softball, ensuring adherence to tournament guidelines, and gaining valuable insights through internships at Bethlehem-Center Senior High School and West Virginia University, focusing on game day operations and athlete support.
