Declan Boylan

Declan Boylan is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Teamwork since May 2022, Declan previously held the position of Lead Web Systems Engineer at DIGIT Game Studios, where the focus was on building tools and infrastructure for the Star Trek™ Fleet Command game. Declan's earlier career included roles as Software Engineering Manager and Applications Team Lead at Hostelworld Group, managing multiple geographically dispersed teams and overseeing the development of the company’s core products and APIs. Additional experience includes senior development roles at ebow and various freelance projects, as well as foundational work in web development and IT management in earlier positions. Declan holds an MSc in Technical E-Commerce and a BSc in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
