Charlene Hayden

Charlene Hayden has extensive experience in design and communications, currently serving as a Trustee at 21&Co since November 2021. Prior to this, Charlene held multiple roles at Tearfund, including Brand and Design Manager for Communication for Development and Global Advocacy and Influencing, as well as Senior Designer in various capacities. Charlene also worked as a Freelance Creative Consultant and held positions such as Community Development Manager and Head of Creative Communications at Every Life International, Global Recruitment Coordinator at Tearfund, and Campaign and Communications Director at Food for the Hungry UK. Earlier career highlights include freelance design work and a music coordination role at St Thomas' Church. Charlene graduated from Buckinghamshire New University in 2007.
