Prior to their corporate career, LaChance also served as a Small Business Advisor in countries like the Dominican Republic and Chile, bringing their expertise in marketing and management to help small businesses thrive. Douglas graduated with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
