Bai Cherno Nyang has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Bai Cherno began their career as a Computer Technician at Unique Solutions in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Marshalltown Community School District as a Desk Assistant and Library Assistant, where they maintained a professional environment and assisted students with various tasks. In 2015, they joined the University of Central Arkansas Housing & Resident Life as a Camps and Conference Assistant, providing a suitable environment for campers and handling inquiries professionally.

In 2016, Bai Cherno Nyang served as the Student Support Staff for the Vice President and Dean of Student Services at the University of Central Arkansas. Later that year, they took on a role as a Desktop Support Technician (contract) at Howard County General Hospital. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Covance as a Program Specialist, handling incoming and outgoing calls, conducting insurance research, and documenting calls.

In 2018, Bai Cherno Nyang joined Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US as a System Support Specialist. In 2019, they transitioned to Speak Life Management, LLC as a System Analyst, troubleshooting issues, conducting evaluations and tests, and assisting with computer system installation and configuration.

In 2020, they moved to Net Health as a System Analyst, contributing until August 2021. Currently, they are working as a System/Data Integration Analyst- TechOps at Tebra starting from 2021.

Bai Cherno Nyang (BC) attended Marshalltown Community College from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Bai Cherno then enrolled at the University of Central Arkansas from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General.

In addition to their formal education, BC has obtained various certifications. In September 2020, they became Microsoft Certified in Azure Data Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals. In May 2020, they earned the Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2019 Certified Specialist and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate certifications. In October 2018, BC acquired certifications in Google Analytics, Scrum Fundamentals, Watson Analytics - Level 1, Big Data Foundations - Level 1, IBM Blockchain Essentials, and Python for Data Science. In April 2018, they obtained a certification in SQL Fundamentals from Solo Learning.

Most recently, in October 2021, BC graduated from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Academy Cloud Foundations as an AWS Academy Graduate.
