Francisca Montes de Oca, SPHR has extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR Service Delivery at Tebra since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Kareo from November 2021 to June 2022.

From June 2009 to January 2014, Francisca worked as a Senior HR Generalist/HR Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Francisca'sprimary focus was on projects and general HR policy administration. Francisca assisted with employee relations matters and led projects such as policy revisions, employee handbook updates, and the recreation of the company's Affirmative Action Plan.

In their earlier career, Francisca served as a Benefits Analyst at Grubb & Ellis from January 2008 to June 2009, managing health and welfare benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, and various projects. Francisca also held the role of HR Administrator/Benefits Specialist from March 2005 to December 2007 at the same company.

Francisca began their career as a Payroll/Personnel Specialist at UC Irvine from October 2003 to March 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank from September 2002 to October 2003, and as a Banking Control Specialist at ADP from September 2000 to September 2002.
