Hillary Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hillary started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2009 and then worked as a Buyer at Crossroads Trading Co. in 2009-2010. In 2010, they joined Nordstrom as a Sales and Management Intern and later became an Assistant Manager. Hillary continued their journey at Nordstrom as the Women's Designer Department Manager from 2013 to 2015, where they received recognition for their sales and event results.

After Nordstrom, they joined Houzz in 2015 as a Client Services Account Manager, managing a significant book of business and achieving high renewal rates. Hillary also took on the role of Account Manager Growth - Team Lead, overseeing and coaching sales reps to drive sales growth.
