Joshua García Obando

Joshua García Obando has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Joshua is currently employed at Tebra as a Senior Software Engineer since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kareo as a Senior Software Engineer from November 2021 to June 2022. From December 2016 to November 2021, they served as a Senior Software Developer at Akros Technologies. Before that, they were a Software Developer Lead at Grupo Monge from June 2014 to August 2016. Joshua started their career at FITS S.A in April 2010, where they held the role of Software Developer Lead until June 2014. At FITS S.A, they were responsible for project management, developing software for Grupo Monge, and implementing a Point of Sale's Software Platform for various countries.

Joshua García Obando completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Joshua began at Colegio Universitario de Puntarenas where they earned a Diplomaed's Degree from 2005 to 2007. Joshua then attended Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Finally, they pursued higher education at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Science.
