Paola Williams

Paola Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. In 2009 and 2011, they were a Course Assistant and Teacher Assistant at Universidad de Costa Rica, respectively. Paola then worked as an E-Sourcing Specialist at Emerson Network Power in 2013, where they negotiated agreements and executed electronic bids with Latin American suppliers. Following this, Paola joined KLAS in 2015 as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst, where they performed manual testing for website reconstruction and built and analyzed test cases for different dev projects. In 2020, they became self-employed as an Entrepreneur, and in 2022, they joined Tebra as a Reporting Analyst.

Paola Williams has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, obtained from 2008 to 2013. In 2022, they obtained several certifications including Data Analysis with Python, Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python (with Honors), IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, Machine Learning with Python, and Python for Data Science, AI & Development, all from Coursera. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, expected to be completed in 2023.
