Robert I. Petersen

Robert I. Petersen has over two decades of experience in various technical roles. Robert I. has served as the Director of Product Development for the Payment Solutions business unit at Tebra (formerly Kareo & Patient Pop), where they led the development team to establish a Payment Facilitation organization within the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, supporting the ad sales team in increasing sales using statistics and machine-learning techniques. Robert I. also served as an Assistant Vice President of Development at LPL Financial, where they provided technical due diligence and led the development of the AdvisoryWorld product. In addition, Robert has experience as a Senior Software Developer at AdvisoryWorld Financial Technology, Chief Technology Officer at Recoup, Graduate Student Researcher at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and Senior Systems Architect at Sonic Solutions. Robert I. has also held roles as a Systems Architect at Knowmadic, Technical Architect at lastminute.com, and Vice President of eCommerce at eve.com. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in software development, technical leadership, and project management.

Robert I. Petersen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences at the same institution, from 2009 to 2010.
