Mauro Meneghetti

Mauro Meneghetti is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and coaching across diverse industries. As President and CEO of Action Leaders since November 2019, Mauro has been instrumental in aiding companies to achieve faster results through various programs, including Strategic Facilitation and Executive Coaching. Additionally, Mauro serves as an Executive Coach and Peer Mentoring Leader for TEC Canada, supporting emerging leaders and established executives in hospitality, construction, and professional services. Mauro's role as an advisor on the Management Advisory Committee at the Haskayne School of Business and as a Business Mentor for the Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre reflects a commitment to fostering innovation and leadership development. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Thermal Systems and extensive consulting and coaching positions with Western Management Consultants and Andersen Consulting, complemented by significant contributions to charitable initiatives aimed at reducing poverty.
