Jon H. Tadema

Jon H. Tadema is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales management and technical support within the automotive and parts industry. Currently serving as the Regional Parts Sales Manager at TEC Equipment since August 2023, Jon has previously held significant roles at PACCAR from January 2015 to July 2023, including Application Sales Manager and District Parts Manager. During this tenure, Jon managed sales tools, fostered collaboration between business partners and IT teams, and trained clients to enhance user experience with the PremierSpec tool. Jon’s extensive experience also includes participation in leadership development programs and various roles that optimized sales processes through data analysis and reporting. Prior to Jon's career in the automotive sector, responsibilities as an Engine Leader/Wildland Firefighter with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources involved team management and emergency response. Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, specializing in Media & Communications, from the University of Washington Bothell.
