Lisa Odom has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa started their career in 1990 with Allstate as a Division Manager, where they managed a 150-seat call center and oversaw the global operation of three call centers. In 2000, they worked as a Call Center Manager at SkyTel and then moved on to Time Warner Cable as a Sales & Customer Service Support Manager. In 2003, they joined Hudson's Bay Company as a Sr. Manager, overseeing the 24x7 operations of the IT Help Desk. Lisa maintained an 80/20 SLA and handled an annual call volume of 250,000 - 300,000 calls. In 2018, they became the Manager of Enterprise Solutions at C Spire, and in 2019, Lisa joined TEC - Telephone Electronics Corporation as the Director of Customer Relations.

Lisa Odom completed their Associate's degree in Journalism from Hinds Community College between 1985 and 1987. Lisa then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Mississippi from 1987 to 1990.
