Bogdan Gerya

Bogdan Gerya has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from September 2010 to October 2013. Bogdan then went on to establish and lead their own company, OptimizeMe, as the Founder and CEO from October 2013 to November 2015. During this time, they designed and managed a mobile application for Quantified Self tracking and personal big data analytics, which received significant recognition and was featured by several reputable sources. Currently, Bogdan is employed at Tecan, where they have held various roles within the Corporate Development department. Starting as a Senior Associate in July 2014, they gradually progressed to the positions of Manager in April 2017, Associate Director in January 2019, and most recently Director as of April 2021. Bogdan Gerya earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from ETH Zürich in 2008, followed by a Master's degree in Biophysics from the same institution in 2010.
