Bujar Maraj has extensive experience in corporate M&A and strategic transactions, currently holding a position at Tecan since February 2022. As a co-founder and owner of Birra BEG since August 2015, Bujar has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a robust background in consulting, having worked at EY from October 2013 to April 2021 as a manager in Strategy and Transactions and in various roles including senior consultant and consultant in audit. Bujar’s auditing experience includes planning and implementing risk-oriented procedures in compliance with multiple reporting standards. Previous roles also include general administration at Autocare Maraj GmbH and serving as an accounting clerk at SKAN AG. Bujar Maraj holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Basel, completed in 2014, and graduated with Matura from Gymnasium Muttenz.
