Carolina Sigillò Horn

Carolina Sigillò Horn has a strong background in sales and operations, with experience in various companies and roles. Carolina currently works at Tecan as the Head of European Customer Operations, a position they have held since December 2021. Before that, they served as the Global Sales Operations Manager at Tecan from January 2021 to December 2021. From October 2018 to January 2021, they held the role of Sales Operations Manager, EMEA at Tecan.

Prior to joining Tecan, Carolina worked at Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH. Carolina was a Business Analyst from January 2017 to September 2018 and a SCM Coordinator for CE Home Appliance from January 2015 to December 2016.

Carolina also had experience at Chevrolet Europe, where they served as the European Planner for Sales Operations from August 2013 to July 2014 and as a Sales Operations Specialist from January 2012 to August 2013. Carolina started their career as an intern in Sales Operations at Chevrolet Europe from January 2011 to January 2012.

Carolina's early work experience includes an internship in Sales and Marketing at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company de Venezuela from June 2009 to August 2009.

Carolina Sigillò Horn obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Connecticut College in 2006-2007. Their earlier education was at Colegio Internacional de Carabobo from 2000 to 2006. In addition, they recently obtained certifications in project management from PeopleCert, including a PRINCE2™ Practitioner Certificate in Project Management in September 2021 and a PRINCE2™ Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
