Christian Peiner

Christian Peiner has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR field. From 2022, they have been working as the Vice President of Global Reward & HR Services at Tecan. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Schiltwald Partners and served as a Fachlicher Beirat from 2019 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Christian worked as the Vice President HR Operations & Systems at RUAG, where they led HR country teams and implemented modern HR systems and processes. Christian also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at RUAG MRO International from 2019 to 2021, focusing on providing modern solutions for talent growth and organizational development. Before that, Christian held various HR leadership positions at RUAG Aviation and RUAG Holding AG. Christian began their career as an Intern in Human Resources at Kuehne + Nagel in 2003. Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits, performance management, and job evaluation.

Christian Peiner obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Maastricht University between 1999 and 2005.
