Lucile de Longeaux-Neubauer

Lucile de Longeaux-Neubauer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lucile currently holds the role of Head of Finance and Controlling Global Distributors and LSB Finance Processes at Tecan, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Finance and Controlling Europe - ad Interim at Tecan from December 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Tecan, Lucile worked at Vontobel as a Business Development Manager - Digital Investing from June 2021 to December 2022. Lucile also held the position of Project Manager Employee Experience / Change Management from February 2020 to June 2021.

Lucile's previous experience includes working at Allianz Suisse Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG as a Senior Controller Distribution from March 2015 to February 2019. During their time there, they supported the business and commercial leadership in financial planning and performance management for all sales channels in Switzerland, while also leading strategic projects.

Lucile also worked at Swarovski as a Senior Business Controlling & Distribution/Partner Manager CEE & Africa CGB from January 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, Lucile held the role of Commercial Finance Manager at Crown Cork & Seal from August 2011 to September 2012, where they provided financial information to guide commercial decisions and oversaw the financial performance of the commercial units.

Earlier in their career, Lucile worked at gategroup as a Manager Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2008 to April 2011. Lucile was responsible for participating in multi-million CHF tenders and projects worldwide, as well as performing recurrent planning tasks and analyses for the group's CxO.

Lucile's experience also includes working at TOTAL as a Corporate Financial Controller from April 2007 to December 2007 and as a Financial Controller from August 2003 to March 2007. Lucile started their professional journey as an intern at Corporate Value Associates, where they worked on various consulting projects. Lucile also interned at T-Venture and Parfums Christian Dior earlier in their career.

Lucile de Longeaux-Neubauer holds a Certificate in High Performance Leadership from IMD, obtained in 2023. Before that, they completed a Master's degree in Management at ESCP Business School from 1999 to 2003. In 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Bi-deug in Economy and English at Université Paris Nanterre. Lucile de Longeaux-Neubauer has also obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org.
