Joe Manuel A [LIONS™]

Joe Manuel A has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Starting from 2004, Joe worked as an Application Engineer for Slashsupport, Inc., providing technical support for Vonage products. Joe resolved customer issues and had expertise in switches, hubs, and Ethernet-related technologies.

In 2006, Joe joined Sutherland Global Services as a Sr. Tech Support Executive. Here, they provided technical support for Act by Sage-Contact and Customer Relationship Management Software. Joe handled tasks such as setting up e-mail integration, performing mail merges, and converting data and layouts.

Moving on to 2007, Joe worked as an Sr. BDE at Photon Infotech, where they identified and generated new business opportunities in the IT industry. Joe developed action plans, gathered market data, and prepared sales collaterals for client interaction.

From 2008 to 2009, Joe served as a Sr. Business Development Executive at BWIR. Their responsibilities included identifying and generating new business opportunities in the engineering sector. Joe prepared presentations, sales collaterals, and case studies to aid in business development efforts.

Joe joined Ravilla Communications in 2009 as a Business Development Manager. Joe assessed marketing opportunities, gathered intelligence on customers and competitors, and generated leads for IT staffing services. Joe built relationships with clients and managed accounts.

In 2014, Joe became a Senior Resource Manager at IDC Technologies, Inc. Their role involved managing a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and training, and handling client and vendor management.

Joe then transitioned to Coston Global in 2015, where they served as the Vice President of Global Business Development. Joe acted as the point of contact for clients, identified new potential customers, and supervised sales account representatives. Joe also implemented revenue and expense forecasts.

Lastly, Joe worked at TechAffinity starting in 2016. Joe initially served as the Head of Global Staffing, overseeing US recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. Joe developed strategies to attract talent, managed external partnerships, and supported general recruitment processes. In 2019, Joe was promoted to Director of Staffing and later to Vice President of Staffing.
