Meghana Reddy

Meghana Reddy has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Meghana began their career as a Business Analyst at HSBC in 2004 and remained in that role until 2012. From there, they worked as a Business Analyst at Apex Info systems from 2012 to 2014, followed by a position as a Functional Business Analyst and Project Manager at Northern Trust Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Meghana then joined PLS Financial Services as a Sr. Business Analyst and Project Manager, where they were responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering user requirements, and coordinating project teams. In 2017, they became a Product Owner at BMO Harris Bank before moving on to become an Information Technology Project Manager and Scrum Master at Bank of America from 2019 to 2021. Meghana also worked as an Education Mentor at Lotus Foundation in 2014 and is currently the Project/Operations Manager at Tech Fabric since 2019.

Meghana Reddy's education history includes obtaining a Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the Scrum Institute in 2017. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management.
