Dean Truemper

Dean Truemper has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Dean currently serves as a Recruiting Operations Team Lead at Motion Recruitment Partners LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiting Team Leader at MATRIX Resources, where they helped expand the company's tech markets and resources. Before that, Dean was a Sr. Staffing Consultant at BridgePoint Technologies and a Sr. IT Resource/Recruiting Manager at Solution Partners, Inc. Dean also served as a Recruiting Team Lead at RJO Consulting Inc and a Technical Recruiter at CPS, Inc. At the start of their career, Dean worked as an Account Executive at Shorr Packaging Corp. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in IT staffing, business development, and recruiting strategies.

Dean Truemper earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Waubonsee Community College in 1990. Dean then went on to attend Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they double majored in Finance and Marketing and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992.
