Atish Mitra

Atish Mitra is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of TAG for the Americas at Tech Mahindra since March 2024. Prior to this role, Atish spent nearly two decades at Cognizant, where the position of AVP, Talent Acquisition - NA involved overseeing a recruiting team responsible for hiring over 5,000 IT resources annually across the US, Canada, and LATAM. Atish began the career at DataCore Systems, Inc., where the role of Director of Recruiting encompassed managing IT resourcing for financial clients. Academic qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
