Chetan Shah

Chetan Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital sectors. Currently serving as the Global COE Head & Business Head - ROW - Data & Analytics at Tech Mahindra since July 2019, Chetan previously held the position of COO & Chief Digital Officer at Lycamobile Group, where responsibilities included driving digital strategy and marketing initiatives. Prior roles at Aircel involved leading various business units and initiatives, including online commerce, mobile advertising, and value-added services. Chetan also possesses experience in senior leadership roles at firms such as Tanla Mobile and IMImobile, alongside early career positions at Arab Media Group and Bharti Airtel. Chetan holds a PGDBM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, an Executive Leadership Programme degree from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications from Bapatla Engineering College.
