Dhananjay Deshmukh

Dhananjay Deshmukh currently serves as the Vice President and Head of GIS & Crowdsourcing at Tech Mahindra, where the focus is on developing crowdsourcing platforms and driving geospatial data initiatives. Prior to this, Dhananjay was the Head of Customer Success at Paycor following the acquisition of Talenya, where responsibilities included enhancing customer revenue and integration processes. Additional experience includes a role as VP of Sales and Customer Success at Topcoder, where Dhananjay championed digital talent transformation, and as Regional Chief Technology Officer at Wipro Technologies, overseeing innovative technology enhancements. Dhananjay's career began at L&T Infotech as a Sr. Project Manager, followed by significant contributions at Quantech Global Services. Academic credentials include a Master's in Information Systems from Walsh College and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad.
