Gajanan Pawale is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently working as a Tech Specialist at Tech Mahindra since September 2025, Gajanan previously served as Lead Software Engineer at Amplifi Capital, where significant achievements included managing the Decision Engine team and transforming a legacy loan decisioning platform into a modular microservices architecture. Prior roles at Zensar Technologies, The AA, Quantela Inc., Greenwave Systems, Standard Chartered Bank, and TeknoPoint Multimedia spanned positions from web engineering to software development, showcasing a strong background in full-stack development and project leadership. Gajanan holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
