Hemant Sankhla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, growth, and innovation within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Strategy & Innovation for the Manufacturing Business at Tech Mahindra, Hemant has held various leadership roles, including Global Leader of Marketing and Partnerships, Chief Growth Officer, and Global Head of Process Manufacturing. Prior to this, Hemant was a Director at Genpact, leading digital transformation initiatives, and held strategic roles at Mphasis, where contributions included M&A strategies and sales transformations. Hemant is an alum of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a Master of Business Administration and has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute.
