Joseph N Galvin has extensive experience in operations and customer care, currently serving in Global Operations Excellence COE at Tech Mahindra since April 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph led the Operations and Insights Practice at Eventus Solutions Group from April 2020 to May 2024 and was a member of the Forbes Technology Council from June 2019 to September 2021. Joseph founded CustomerView® and held significant positions at Sitel, ClickFox, and J Galvin And Associates, demonstrating expertise in marketing, customer intelligence, and business operations. Joseph also has a robust background from leadership roles at Dish Network and STARTEK, along with a long tenure at MCI, where Joseph served as Vice President of Customer Care. Joseph received education from the University of South Dakota.
