Shilpa Dhavale

Shilpa Dhavale has over 25 years of extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Business Leader for Digital Enterprise Applications at Tech Mahindra since October 2019. Prior roles at Tech Mahindra include Senior Vice President and Head of India CME and Vice President in the Communication Media and Entertainment Business. Shilpa's previous experience at KPIT Technologies Ltd. spans a decade, where positions included AVP and Director of various practices. Earlier career highlights include roles at Bank of America and FleetBoston Financials, along with foundational positions in software development and engineering. Shilpa holds a Master's degree in Computer Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Fergusson College.
