Tarun Tandon

Tarun Tandon currently serves as the Head of Sales - APJ for Business Process Services at Tech Mahindra, focusing on client relationships and sales strategy in the APJ region since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tandon worked at WNS from July 2012 to May 2025, where responsibilities included Chief Growth Officer for Asia Pacific and Middle East, driving hyper-growth and strategic initiatives, as well as overseeing sales and growth for the region. Tandon's experience also includes senior leadership positions at WNS Global Services (Australia) Pty Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services, where roles encompassed market strategy, brand development, and P&L management. Tandon holds an Executive Education degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
