Gayan Weerasinghe

Gayan Weerasinghe has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Gayan started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Pathmaperuma Muthugala & Co. - Chartered Accountants in 2006, where they gained experience in accounting and auditing. Gayan then worked as a Management Trainee at Azure Global (Pvt) Ltd in 2009. In the same year, they joined Joseph & Co - Chartered Accountants as an Audit Executive, where they planned and controlled statutory audits. In 2010, Gayan joined Tech One Global Ltd as an Accounts Executive, responsible for maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Later, they served as an Accountant at the company, managing financial accounting and reporting systems. Currently, they hold the position of Group Finance Manager at Tech One Global Ltd, playing a vital role in providing financial information to the board, preparing budgets and forecasts, and effectively managing working capital components of the company.

Gayan Weerasinghe has completed a Certified Business Accountant degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Additionally, Gayan has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Finance Advanced in Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017, Finance Essentials in Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017, Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2017, Microsoft Office Specialist for Office Excel 2010, and Microsoft Office Specialist for Office Word 2010.
