Jolene Cram

Jolene Cram is a food safety project manager who has worked for tech + help since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked for the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, Impact Washington, and TechHelp of Idaho. Jolene also worked for Pharaoh Innovation, LLC, and The Kraft Heinz Company.

Jolene Cram completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Boise State University. Jolene then went on to get their certification from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in Certified Food Scientist.

Jolene Cram works with Anna Richmond - Manufacturing Specialist, Jane Hokanson - Support Specialist, and Dave O'Connell - Manufacturing Specialist. Jolene Cram reports to Steve Hatten, Executive Director.
