Laís Martins is a dedicated journalist and fellow, currently serving as a Reporting Fellow at Tech Policy Press since January 2025 and as a Reporter at Intercept Brasil since May 2024. Prior experience includes a contract position as a Tech x Labor Fellow at Rest of World from May 2023 to May 2024, and a Reporter role at Núcleo Jornalismo from March 2021 to May 2023. Laís also held the Persephone Miel Fellowship with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting between August 2021 and October 2022, focusing on English writing. Academic credentials include a Master's in Journalism, Media and Globalization with a specialization in Political Communication from the University of Amsterdam and a joint Master's program through Erasmus Mundus Journalism at Aarhus University.
