Amelia Goetschel, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amelia started their career as a Nursery Coordinator at Parkview Christian Church in 2014, and later took on the role of Early Childhood and Kids Safety/Security Coordinator at the same organization. During their time there, they demonstrated strong organizational skills and ensured the safety and well-being of children.

More recently, Amelia assumed the role of Human Resources Manager at Tech Systems in 2023. Amelia'sresponsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal and state laws regarding personnel and payroll matters, formulating and implementing company policies and procedures, and supporting employees with insurance benefits.
