Melissa Oliver

Melissa Oliver has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Melissa began their career with Gwinnett Daily Post in 1998 as the Marketing Manager, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, Melissa joined Tech Systems, Inc. as the Customer Satisfaction & ISO Coordinator, a position they held until 2019. Melissa then transitioned to being the Customer Satisfaction Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2019. Finally, Melissa became the Director of ISO Compliance at Tech Systems, Inc. in January 2019, where they currently hold that role.

Melissa Oliver completed their Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Georgia from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Georgia State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002.
