Jennifer Anastasoff

Jennifer Anastasoff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Tech Talent Project since November 2018, Jennifer previously held significant positions, including Founding Executive Team member and Head of People at the United States Digital Service from August 2014 to November 2017. As Co-Founder and CEO of Fuse Corps from August 2011 to June 2014, Jennifer focused on addressing complex national issues through a national group of professionals. Earlier, as President and Founding CEO of EnCorps, Inc. from January 2008 to August 2011, Jennifer worked on increasing the number of math and science teachers in California. Other notable roles include CEO of BuildingBlocks International, advisor at AngelPoints, and 6th grade teacher at Teach for America. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine.
