Mara Delia Puacz

Mara Delia Puacz has a diverse work experience across various industries. Mara Delia is currently serving as the interim Head of Growth at Tech To The Rescue, where they are involved in building a global tech movement focused on pro-bono work and impactful projects. Prior to this, Mara co-founded Help others help, a healthcare improvement initiative in Romania. Mara Delia has also worked at IKEA in roles such as New Business Manager, Digital Hub Leader, and Project Leader. Additionally, Mara has experience as a Content Director at CLIPATIZE, a team member at TEDxWarsaw, and a Startup Acceleration Program Manager at MOST Foundation. Their earlier roles include working as a KYC Manager at Citi, a Digital Product Leader at Synerway S.A., and a Tour Guide at SC Karpaten Turism SRL.

Mara Delia Puacz has an extensive education history. Mara Delia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti in 2008. During their time there, they also studied Business Administration and European Studies at Universität Trier, earning a second Bachelor's degree in 2007. In 2004, they completed their Baccalaureat degree with a focus on Maths, Informatics, and English from CN Emaniul Gojdu Oradea.

Mara Delia pursued further studies at Freie Universität Berlin, earning a Master's degree in Management & Marketing in 2011. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Strategic Marketing, Knowledge Management, Strategy, Wine Marketing, and Strat. Management of Innovation from HEC Paris in 2010.

Recently, they attended the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management in 2022, specializing in Human Centered Design. Mara Delia plans to further their education and expertise in inspiring leadership through emotional intelligence at Case Western Reserve University in 2023. Mara Delia also intends to study Elements of AI at the University of Helsinki in the same year.

Apart from their formal education, Mara Delia Puacz has acquired additional certifications. Mara Delia received the AgilePM Foundations certification from APMG International and completed the Leading for Creativity program offered by IDEO. Additionally, they obtained the AgilePM Practitioner certification from APMG International in December 2018.
