Michael Hartman

Michael Hartman serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Fay Group, a fully integrated real estate and mortgage services firm, since June 2025. Hartman also provides advisory services to iQuanti, offering insights into digital marketing strategies, and mentors early-stage companies through Tech Wildcatters. A dedicated community member, Hartman has been a Board Member and Marketing Committee Chair at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star since June 2015, receiving recognition as Dallas Big Brother of the Year in 2018. Previously, Hartman held roles including Interim Head of Marketing at Onity Group Inc., Chief Marketing Officer at GI Alliance, and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Mr. Cooper, achieving significant contributions in marketing and revenue generation across various sectors. Hartman's educational background includes a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and an MBA in Marketing from Duke University.
