Wayne Roberts

Wayne Roberts has extensive experience in logistics and fulfillment. Wayne currently holds the position of Head of Logistics and Fulfilment at Tech21 since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Logistics at Bleach London from November 2021 to March 2023, where they successfully managed the supply chain for the launch of their products in Walmart and delivered a significant project on time and in full. Before that, they worked as the Global Logistics Controller and Head of Operations at Charlie Bears Limited from February 2018 to November 2021, where they oversaw the end-to-end supply chain and implemented various efficiency improvement projects. Wayne also served as the QVC Operations Manager at Charlie Bears Limited from March 2017 to February 2018, where they managed the expansion of the QVC account in the US. Additionally, they have experience as a Production Planner at Samworth Brothers from January 2017 to March 2017 and at DS Smith from September 2014 to September 2016.

Wayne Roberts attended Launceston College from 1998 to 2003. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. In 2015, Wayne obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Leadership & Management from ILM. Additionally, Wayne has a certification in Level 2 Rugby Coaching from the Rugby Football Union, although the specific details regarding its attainment are unknown.
